Barcelona is said to be considering a loan move for Manchester United’s sidelined winger, Jadon Sancho, giving him a potential exit from Old Trafford.

Tensions have risen between Sancho and Erik ten Hag with the latter declaring that the English international won’t see further playtime until he publicly apologizes for his remarks against the manager.

With rumors swirling about United’s eagerness to loan him out this winter, even contemplating covering a portion of his substantial wages, all eyes are on potential takers.

According to Sport, Sancho’s representatives have approached Barcelona about the winger’s precarious position. Yet, the Catalan giants are hesitant to make a move, awaiting their own potential player sales in the upcoming transfer window.

Juventus, another European heavyweight, has also expressed interest in a temporary move for Sancho, as per GOAL. But they’ve clearly indicated they won’t commit to a permanent transfer, which might see Sancho re-enter the market by summer.

If such an eventuality arises, Barcelona could seize the chance to secure Sancho at a favorable deal. But there’s a catch: the move would necessitate Sancho to consider a notable pay cut, given Barcelona’s ongoing financial challenges.

Sancho’s addition to the squad would certainly be a boon for Barcelona’s head coach, Xavi. However, the club’s financial restrictions under the Fair Play regulations might complicate matters.
