Manchester United are setting their sights on RB Leipzig’s star forward, Lois Openda, for a potential summer transfer, as reported by Football Insider.
The talented 23-year-old is currently on the radar of the Red Devils, who might be keen to make their move after the 2023-24 season, provided Openda continues his sensational run on the field.
Recent insights from Football Insider confirmed that Leipzig is holding its ground against any offers in the upcoming January window, despite the buzzing interest from top clubs like Chelsea, Liverpool, and of course, United.

Openda’s journey to Leipzig began with a significant transfer from French club Lens this past July, with the deal coming in at a noteworthy €43million (£37.1million). The Belgium international has since committed his future to Leipzig with an extended contract set to last till June 2028.
Having already marked his presence in the current season with five goals and an assist across 11 matches, Openda is living up to the expectations. His prior season with Lens was equally exceptional, recording 21 goals and assisting four in a total of 42 games, a performance that played a pivotal role in catapulting Lens to the Champions League group stages and grabbing Leipzig’s attention.
