A Brentford defender has become the center of attention for top European clubs, with Manchester United, Liverpool, and Bayern Munich all expressing interest in acquiring his services.

Aaron Hickey’s journey to the top has been anything but ordinary. The Scottish talent initially made a name for himself at Hearts before making a surprising move to Serie A’s Bologna.

Last summer, he joined Brentford for a reported £14 million, where he quickly adapted to Premier League football, making 26 appearances in his debut season.

This season, Hickey could see an extended run in the starting lineup due to a serious injury sustained by Rico Henry. His performances have not gone unnoticed, and according to Sunday Mirror, clubs like Manchester United, Liverpool, and Bayern Munich are circling around him.

However, Brentford won’t part ways with Hickey easily. The club has slapped a hefty price tag of over £50 million on the young defender, indicating their intent to hold onto their prized asset.
