According to Calciomercato, Manchester United is reportedly emerging as a major contender in the race to sign AC Milan’s Rafael Leao, with the forward’s future at San Siro appearing uncertain.
The Portugal star’s relationship with Milan coach Stefano Pioli seems to be on shaky ground, as highlighted by Calciomercato.

However, it’s still uncertain if United will make a definitive move for Leao, given their recent contract renewals for both Marcus Rashford and Alejandro Garnacho.
These two provide solid options on the left flank, leaving questions about how much of a priority Leao would be for the team.
Despite this, the recent dip in form from Rashford, as well as struggles from other attacking options like Jadon Sancho and Antony, could make Leao an attractive proposition for Manchester United.
Nevertheless, with Leao’s talent, it’s likely he will attract attention from other Premier League giants, potentially leaving Manchester United regretful if he boosts a rival squad.
