It does not seem as if the Jadon Sancho story is disappearing any time soon.
With reports that his United teammates have had enough of the winger, it seems that United may decide he’s no longer worth the hassle.
Indeed Saudi side Al-Ettifaq did have a bid rejected for the player, but only due to not being willing to insert an obligation to buy in the loan deal.
So it looks like United are more than open to the idea of Sancho leaving the club.
And now it seems that Sancho may have an opportunity to continue playing in the UEFA Champions League if he moves to his reported suitors in January.
That’s according to The Sun, who report that Dortmund are planning to make a move to resign Sancho in January if his situation doesn’t improve under United manager Erik ten Hag.
The tabloid newspaper goes on to state that Dortmund chiefs are keeping a close eye on the situation over the coming months.
Sancho made his name in the European scene during his time in Germany with Dortmund, with his performances linking him to the biggest sides in Europe.
Dortmund did try to sign Sancho on loan in the last January transfer window, but their approaches were knocked back by United.
So it will be interesting to see how The Red Devils react this time around when it comes to the German side’s offer in the upcoming window.
