Mason Greenwood has been hitting the headlines for the past few weeks.
After the 21-year-old forward had charges of attempting rape, coercive and controlling behaviour, and assault against him dropped in February, it was announced last week that he will no longer be continuing his career with United.
However, although this seemed like a step in the wrong direction for Greenwood, he has now gained interest from the Turkish side.
Besiktas have come forward as a potential suitor for the player, and rumours state that they are considering negotiating with the Red Devils for the forward, according to Goal.com.
Greenwood’s current contract is not set to expire until 2025, but this deal could include a temporary transfer.
If this deal does go forward and this season comes to an end, then Greenwood’s future fate will still hang in the air.
