There are a mere number of days left before the end of the summer transfer window, and Manchester United have many moves to make.
After Mason Mount has been signed off for weeks due to injury, ten Hag is in desperate need of a new player to bring the team back up.
And it has now been reported that the club is willing to pay up to £21.4 million for a particular midfielder.
According to Corriere Fiorentina via The Faithful MUFC, Manchester United are prepared to offer this amount for Fiorentina’s Sofyan Amrabat.
There has been a lot of talk about the Red Devils showing interest in the player, but no moves have been made yet.
Amrabat has also received interest from clubs such as Juventus, Atletico Madrid, and Napoli, but none of these have managed to secure him either.
But since Amrabat has yet to show an appearance for any of Fiorentina’s games in the current campaign, we can expect there is a good chance they are willing to accept the transfer.
We will just have to see if Manchester United really does offer this amount first.
