It’s not long until September 1st, and that means we will soon see the summer transfer window close.

After the injuries for United’s current left back options in Luke Shaw and Tyrell Malacia, Manchester United are in need of reinforcements in that part of the pitch.

The most recent interest includes an Italian international who could bring his strong skills and attitude to the Red Devils.

According to Gianluca Dimarzio, Manchester United has approached Roma about whether Leonardo Spinazzola would be able to join them in the English Premier League.

The player has also recently received a proposal from Saudi side Al-Shabab.

Spinazzola has been playing for Roma since 2019 and was a big part of Italy’s success in winning the UEFA European Championship in 2021.

This could be an exciting move for The Red Devils as Spinazzola is definitely a player who could do a job for the team on a short term basis at least.
