It seems that it’s going to be another season where Anthony Martial is linked to a move away from Manchester United.
Earlier today, Turkish manager Sercan Hamzaoğlu tweeted that the French forward had been offered to Turkish giants Fenerbahce.
The news spread across Twitter with many suggesting that Martial may be joining Fred in moving to the Turkish Super Lig.
However, Martial’s agents have shot these suggestions down with one word.
Accompanied with a screenshot of the tweet, USFA Management simply added an image to their Instagram story that added the word ‘Fake’.
So it seems that Martial will not be making a move to Fenerbahce.
It remains to be seen whether the attacker is going to be staying at the club as the summer has been full of rumours linking him to moves both in England and abroad. But for now, it seems that the link to Fenerbahce in Turkey can be filed under ‘not true’.
